Last month the Tread Lightly! education and stewardship programs team was in the field promoting Ride On Utah at the annual Utah State Fair.

Since 1856 the fair has brought the region together to enjoy the end of summer and welcome the autumn season to the Wasatch Front Range.

Tread Lightly! is proud to be managing the education and outreach promoting the statewide campaign being implemented by Federal and State land managers to educate the public about travelling on routes designated open for motorized recreational access on land and water across the state.

Some of the awesome volunteers and partners who worked at the Tread Lightly! booth.

In the photo above, Tread Lightly! staff engage the next generation of outdoor recreation enthusiasts about the Ride On Utah campaign, and below we see our supporting Agency partners from The Utah Department of Natural Resources, Bureau of Land Management, United States Forest Service, and volunteers from the Tread Trainer program here in Utah!

All the best,

Tread Lightly! Education and Stewardship Department
